Fish can be served to your baby 7 months and up. Rightly cooked and chosen, these can be a regular meal for your baby. Mix up available veggies and your baby is in for a great taste trip during mealtime.
Ingredient Selection Tips
- For the fish, choose the fish with white flesh first. In this case we suggest salmon. Take the freshest one available. It should be pinkish in color and natural looking. It should also have that fresh smell. Firm flesh also means fresh. Also make sure it is deboned!
- For the broccoli, it is considered as heavy to gather pesticide residue on its bulb. Better to make sure it is organically grown. Choose the one with fresh bulbs and dark green color.
- For carrots and sweet potatoes, these are readily available, cheap all year round and also easy to cook. Select the small to medium-sized ones with firm flesh and blemish-free skin.
