Ingredient Selection Tips
- When selecting bananas, make sure it’s firm. Avoid the ones with bruises. Its skin also collects pesticide residue so make sure you wash it well. Or better yet, choose and buy only organic.
- Pears are like apples. It has this grainy texture but is also best for combining with other fruits. Select a firm skin and no bruises. Better to choose an unripened one if you do not plan to cook it immediately.
- As for the berry, you can either choose strawberry or blueberry. For this one, we used blueberry since it can be store longer.
